McArthur/Cuthbert Memorial Pow Wow 2026

The McArthur/Cuthbert Memorial Pow Wow is a full contest pow wow featuring drum singing, dancing, family specials, and special dance contests.

Emcees: Amos McArthur – Siyo Nide Nakota – Saskatchewan; Stan Isadore – Drtipile Cree – Alberta

Head Drum Judge: Tim Edwards – Okanagan – BC

Contest categories include junior adults, senior adults, golden age, teens, juniors, and tiny tots. Drum contest prizes include $15,000 for first place, $12,000 for second place, $10,000 for third place, $7,000 for fourth place, and $5,000 for fifth place, plus a $10,000 drum split.

Family specials include men’s grass, women’s traditional, men’s buckskin, and men’s traditional. Additional head man, head woman, and other specials will be held.
